Rest in peace Cecil "Swoop" Luckern. It was fitting to learn of Cecil's passing tonight as Bishop Brady and Concord High were squaring off at the Doug. He was a legend of NH high school hockey. Just two weeks ago he made the trip to White's Park to watch the Black Ice tournament, the last hockey games he would ever watch. God bless you Swoop; you will be missed.
